150th Commemorative Bronze Plaque
The official Hearts 150th commemorative plaque has been created in cold cast bronze resin, from a unique handmade mould, modelled by Powderhall Bronze. The artisans of the Powderhall Bronze team are experts in sculpture, metal working and engineering. Their combined knowledge of the casting and founding process ensures that each piece modelled is a unique work of art.
The commemorative plaque measures 16cm diameter and is mounted on a solid oak base which has provisions for wall mounting. The plaque was originally modelled in clay, before moulding in silicone rubber. Each bronze resin cast is produced from the master mould. The plaque has been given an antique finish, fitting for the 150th anniversary of the Club.
Produced as a limited run for the 150th anniversary year, each plaque comes packed in a presentation box with a certificate.
