4mm Magnet Gems for Our 4mm Magnetic Dermal Bases

Change up your look with the flick of your fingernail by pairing these magnet gems with our ! How can changing your internally-threaded jewelry ends be that easy? All you have to do is replace your existing dermal top or the balls on your straight barbell, labret stud, circular barbell, or other threaded jewelry with our magnetic dermal bases. Once you have the bases in place, changing your look becomes as simple as popping out one of these 4mm magnet gems and popping in a different one in a new color!

The magnets on our gem tops and magnetic dermal bases are very strong, so you'll never have to worry about the gems falling out. If you can't flick out the gem with your fingernail, simply pluck it out with tweezers, as shown in the video tutorial below. Please note that these magnetic gem tops cannot be autoclaved.
